Dark Sesame Seed Oil

Roasted Seasame Seeds/ Or plain, to taste

Green Onions, chopped

Raw Cashews, chopped

Instructions
Remove chicken from bone and chop.
Chop green onion.
Chop raw cashews.
Combine chicken, mayonnaise, sesame seed oil, cashews, green onion and mix.
Cut the crusts off of the bread. Butter the bread and then add chicken salad to a slice. Top with the opposite piece of bread.
Butter the small edge of each sandwich and dip in sesame seeds.
Serve and enjoy.
