Asian Chicken Salad Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Rotisserie Chicken cut into pieces
  • ½ stick Butter, Room Temperature
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise, or more to taste
  • 2 tsps Dark Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1 Cup Roasted Seasame Seeds/ Or plain, to taste
  • 4 Stalks Green Onions, chopped
  • ½ Cup Raw Cashews, chopped
  • 10 slices Bread

Instructions
 

  • Remove chicken from bone and chop.
  • Chop green onion.
  • Chop raw cashews.
  • Combine chicken, mayonnaise, sesame seed oil, cashews, green onion and mix.
  • Cut the crusts off of the bread. Butter the bread and then add chicken salad to a slice. Top with the opposite piece of bread.
  • Butter the small edge of each sandwich and dip in sesame seeds.
  • Serve and enjoy.
