Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 1 LB Ground Chicken or Turkey
  • 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger if substituting with ground, use 1 tsp
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Crushed Red Pepper to taste
  • Bibb Lettuce

Optional toppings

  • Carrot grated
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Almonds thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Brown chicken in sesame oil.
  • Add hoisin, soy, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Serve in lettuce leaves and top with your favorite toppings from the additional list.
