Chicken Lettuce Wraps
A tasty and inexpensive dish for your busy weeknight.
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
- 1 LB Ground Chicken or Turkey
- 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger if substituting with ground, use 1 tsp
- 3 Cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- Crushed Red Pepper to taste
- Bibb Lettuce
Optional toppings
- Carrot grated
- Bean Sprouts
- Sesame Seeds
- Almonds thinly sliced
Brown chicken in sesame oil.
Add hoisin, soy, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve in lettuce leaves and top with your favorite toppings from the additional list.
