CopyCat PF Changs Mongolian Sauce
The perfect sauce to be added to a stir fry, meatballs, or for dipping.

PF Changs Copycat Mongolian Sauce
- 4 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1½ tsp Ground Ginger
- 4 Cloves Garlic minced
- ½ Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1½ Cup Water
- 1⅓ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 4 Sprigs Green Onion Chopped
Cornstarch Slurry
- 3 Tbsp Cold Water
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
Combine all ingredients except Cornstarch Slurry in saucepan over medium heat.
Simmer while stirring occasionally, 20 minutes.
Mix Cornstarch Slurry.
Stir Cornstarch Slurry in saucepan and continue to stir until mixture is warm.
Top your favorite dish with sauce and then sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.

- Use this to top any stir fry or as a dip.
- If serving for a party or tailgate, place in crockpot to keep warm.
