'Crock Pot Stew' Becomes 'Instant Pot Stew'
A tasty tomato based beef best served over noodles or rice.

Cook Time 1 hour hr 15 minutes mins
- 1 Lb Beef for stew
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic finely choppped
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- ¼ tsp Garlic Salt
- ½ tsp Beef Paste
- 1½ Cups Water
- 1 6oz Can Tomato Paste
Saute beef in olive oil until brown.
Add onions and continue to saute for 5 more minutes.
Add garlic and saute for 2 more minutes.
Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt and beef paste, stir.
Add tomato paste and stir for 3 minutes.
Add water and cover. Change setting to pressure cook and cook for 45 minutes.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
