'Crock Pot Stew' Becomes 'Instant Pot Stew'

A tasty tomato based beef best served over noodles or rice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Beef for stew
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 4 Cloves Garlic finely choppped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Salt
  • ½ tsp Beef Paste
  • Cups Water
  • 1 6oz Can Tomato Paste

Instructions
 

  • Saute beef in olive oil until brown.
  • Add onions and continue to saute for 5 more minutes.
  • Add garlic and saute for 2 more minutes.
  • Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt and beef paste, stir.
  • Add tomato paste and stir for 3 minutes.
  • Add water and cover. Change setting to pressure cook and cook for 45 minutes.
  • Serve over egg noodles or rice.
