Roasted Red Pepper Aioli

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12oz Jar Roasted Red Pepper
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a blender combine all ingredients except the mayonnaise.
  • Combine with mayonnaise and stir until combined.

Alternative: This is what I do as I like to drizzle the sauce.

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and puree. The sauce will be a little looser and pourable. While a bit messier, I like the drizzle.

Notes

Either option will work for this.  If you are going to use any leftovers for dipping, you can always add the entire to the blender to loosen it up.  The less you mix the mayonnaise the thicker it will be.
