  • 1 Silpat Mat

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Cups Mixed Nuts
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 2-3 Tbsp Cayenne ***I use 2, but you can add more or less depending on the heat you are looking for.
  • tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 Egg Whites

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  • Combine cayenne, paprika, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  • Whisk egg whites until frothy in a large bowl.
  • Add seasoning to frothy egg whites.
  • Add egg white/seasoning mixture to nuts and mix.
  • Place a silpat sheet on baking sheet. Cover with nut mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, stirring after every 10 minutes.
  • Set pan on cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Break apart and store in airtight container.
