You will want to have the temperature at a medium heat and stir the onions frequently. Once they are a rich brown color, you are ready to go.

French Onion Soup Dip
Ingredients
- 2 Large Onions sliced
- 2 Tbsps Butter
- 2 Tbsps Olive Oil
- 2 8oz Cream Cheese room temp
- 1 Cup Gruyere Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter in olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions to pan and saute stirring frequently for 15-20 minutes. Until onions are nicely browned.
- Combine onions, cream cheese, gruyere, and Worcestershire sauce in bowl.
- Place in a baking dish and bake for 25-35 minutes, until browned on top and bubbly.
